Chris Christie NOT running for President

In Uncategorized on October 4, 2011 at 2:59 pm

Chris Christie has decided not to seek the Republican nomination for President

Let the “what ifs” begin.

What if we would have pressured him sooner?
What if Rick Perry’s tough experience scared him off?
What if he’s waiting for 2016?

It was a tall order for the big man from Jersey to fill. Drop everything, put together a team, and start raising money for a voting process that gets underway in about 100 days. Christie dominated the Sunday talkers this week with the conversation revolving around his style and appeal.

There was also accusations that he was *gasp* too moderate!

Concern his stances on immigration, 2nd amendment rights, and global warming wouldn’t play to conservative voters that have little patience on those matters.

So, Chris Christie is out. Republicans would be wise to ask themselves and even bigger question.

What do we do now?

Mitt is too plain. Rick is too unpredictable. Michele is falling off the map and even though he’s been tearing through the talk show cirucuit. Herman Cain is still broke.

This is as big and as good as Presidential choices for conservatives are going to get. Embrace the horror guys, you’re going to have to support one of these candidates.

Unless, you’re waiting for Sarah Palin to get in..
